Tile Running Programs?

I am reasonably sure that you can Tile or Cascade the windows for current
running programs. What is the command for this?

Right-click on an empty area of the taskbar, and from the context menu
select "Cascade windows", "Tile windows horizontally", or "Tile windows
vertically".

Is that what you were looking for?
