Tiff and Wang Imaging

Currently, tiff files are viewed in IE on my XP computer. I want the file to open in WangImaging. I have changed the file association for tiff files, but it still will open within IE.
 
Why Wang Imaging? That is not XP's default viewer for TIF files.

The Windows Imaging and Fax viewer should be your default viewer for TIF
files. You can easily restore that setting in Windows Explorer > Folder
Options. File Types. For most users the command line should read:

"rundll32.exe <drive>:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1"
