Oh-oh... this is usually where I remember to alter any clocks that require it, but forget about my watches, leading to much confusion.

I wish they would leave the clocks alone at GMT we ain’t at war now and farming methods have changed as have the factories. Baah Humbug all this changing of clocks mucks up our body clocks and my body don't like it Bahh humbug!!!!!
