TI 1394 DV driver vs MS DVCAM

I have WinXP pro, pyro 1394 board, Sony PC dvcam. I need
to install and use the MS drivers for DVcams. XP istalls
ONLY the TI 1394 driver.

Any Ideas??
 
The DV driver will only be installed when the camcorder is connected to the
firewire port and turned on in vcr mode. XP should then automatically
detect it and install the correct driver.

"XP should..." but instead it keeps istalling the wrong
driver. I tried many times after uninstalling the and
turning on the camcorder in VCR mode...
