Thumnails, open new window using specific dimensions

I am a newby.

I use thumnails in Frontpage 2003 to show large photos.
When the thumnail is clicked, I want to open a new window
(that I can do), but I don't know how to open this window
using specific dimensions (like 400X300).

How can I do this?

Picture Window, and it works great. This is just what I
have been looking for.

Is this available to use with FrontPage??? I thought it was only for
