thumbnails look blurry

I am using Frontpage 2000 version 4.0.2.2717. When I insert a picture and
then turn it to a thumbnail, the thumbnail is kind of blurry on my computer
and then even worse after I upload it to my site. Do I need to take pictures
of my subject matter in a lower resolution and just insert them into my
thumbnail spots? Or how can this be resolved?

You are better off to make your thumbnails in your favorite image editing
program before importing them into FP and inserting on a page. Using FP to
create thumbnails will give them a lower quality.

Which image editing software do you have. It sounds like you need to learn
