thumbnails won't show up on website

I create a photo gallery in frontpage 2003. published everything. BUT, when
i go to my site, the thumbnails won't show up (just that white box with a red
x), but when i click on the thumbnail, my do show up!

help! and thanks.

In your browser, right click on the red X and select properties, look at the path to the image and
then make sure the image has been uploaded to that path on the server.

Thanks for your really quick reply. Now, how exactly do I "make sure the
image has been uploaded to that path on the server."?

When you right click and select properties, the properties dialog will display the path
the browser is using to try to display the image.
If the path starts with file:// the browser is looking for the image on your machine and not the server.

Which means the image file has not been published to the server.
Make sure the image is located "inside" your web and then link to it and then publish.

The path should start with http://
