Thumbnail View of Internet Shortcuts in XP?

In windows 2000, I used to organize my IE Favorites by opening the favorites folder in Windows Explorer and setting my view to "view thumbnails". It used to show a mini-preview of each web page, and a 404 error page if the web page was not available anymore. This made favorites organization and maintenance very easy

In Windows XP, I can't seem to get the thumbnail view to show these previews. All I get is the generic icon. Was this feature disabled between Windows 2000 pro and Windows XP pro? Is there any way to turn this feature back on?

OK so I found out why..

It says that for "stability and performance reasons", thumbnails view is unavailable for html documents.

This totally sucks! It seems that the feature was making XP unstable, so instead of fixing it, it was disabled

How do I turn this feature back on without uninstalling SP1? Is there a registry tweak?
