I reformatted my primary HDD and reinstalled a fresh copy
of XP. Afterwards, when I look at my pictures folder on
my Secondary HDD in thumbnail view, the preview images
are rendered really wierd. They look almost like they are
in 16-bit color. If I go into the properties of the
folder and click through all the options, after clicking
OK, the folder looks correct. What's more, the same thing
is happening with the images in this folder and all of
its subfolders. If I go through their properties one by
one, they will randomly display correctly. Sometimes the
same steps for one image, won't work for another. I
posted two screenshots here:

Any help would be great. I really don't want to go into
the properties of the thousands of images I have.
One last note, sometimes when I would view my images from
other computers on the network, this would happen (this
being before the reinstall) It wasn't until now that it
happened on my machine. I have an ATI Radeon VE if anyone
is wondering as well.
Thanks
Chris
