Three devices conflicting: Cant resolve!

There are three devices on my windows 2000 system that are
preventing my graphics card from operating correcly.

The devices and conflicts:

1) VIA CPU to AGP Controller
Input/Outpu Range= 9000-9FFF
Memory Range= E4000000-E5FFFFFF
Memory Range= 00000000-DFFFFFFF
Memory Range= 000A0000-000BFFFF
Input/Output Range= 03B0-03BB
Input/Output Range= 03C0-03DF
Memory Range= E0000000-E3FFFFFF

2) VGASave
Input/Output Range= 03BO-03BB
Input/Output Range= 03C0-03DF
Memory Range= 000A0000-000BFFFF

3) VisionTek Xtasy 9600 Pro 128MB
Memory Range= C0000000-CFFFFFFF
Input/Output Range= 9000-90FF
Memory Range= E5000000-E500FFFF
IRQ= 10

My System Info:
Abit VP-6 Motherboard
VIA Chipset
Dual Intel Pentium III 1.0Ghz
Two 80GB maxtor drives in RAID 0
Pioneer 16x DVD drive
U.S. Robotics 56k Faxmodem

I dont see anyway to manually enter new values.
I have tried uninstalling the devices and letting windows
reinstall them and that doesn't help.

If anyone knows how to fix this then please let me know.

Install ALL the required drivers for your motherboard. Also the VIA 4 in
1 drivers are required.
