Threats not Deleted by Spyware

We ran the Microsoft Antyspyware in the two computers we
have in our house. In one of the computers the following
threats were not deleted and are still located in my
computer. What else can I do?. Below a list and their
locations.
1.C:\Program Files\Pzyakcv\Qwzz.exe
Description: The file C:\Program Files\Pzyakcv\Qwzz.exe
is a Adware threat.

- Send a spywarereport to MS about this, menu tools.

- Antivirusprogram installed and updated ?

- Perhaps you can remove this in safe mode, press F8
during reboot/restart, and scan again.
