Those irritating pop up balloons..

SBS 2003 User

OK I know I have "unused icons on my desktp". I don't need to be reminded
everytime I log on. Where do I turn these irritating ballons off?

Open Display Properties > Desktop tab
Customize Desktop button
Uncheck "Run Desktop Cleanup wizard.."
Click OK > Ok
