right click on the photo attachment and use "save as" to save the picture
where you want on your computer
 
Version of Outlook?
Normally, you'd just save them - right click on the message and choose Save
attachment (or use the file menu). You can also right click on the
attachment in the message header. If the images are embedded in an HTML
message and Save attachment is not available, save the message as HTML and
look for them images in the subject_files folder in your My documents
folder.
