This week's homework - cost of CPUs

Hi there

Part of this week's homework for my course is the following:

List/describe the current range of CPUs, making reference to specifications e.g. make - speed - cost

Could anyone point me to some websites/does anyone know off hand where I can find this out? The tutor wants us to focus on Intel and AMD but what I don't know if which are the most up to date CPUs so I can do some comparisons.

By the way, the current assignment is 9:13 which have to be done before Christmas. That's alot of work let me tell you!!! I have done the other 8 and have handed them in.

Any help would be (as always) gratefully received.

OK, I have done the basic text outlining the diffs between Intel and AMD - what would people say are the current specs of both so I can do some price comparisons?
