I had to do system resore using xp
it does it with any spyware remover the past few months.
I have bad case of lop.com

Please read the following KB article, and, depending on your SP level, the
one it links to--and then remove the spyware again and apply the fix in the
KB article.

You'll get a clean machine AND Internet access.

uninstall it check net settings and any software came
with your current internet is functioning prop

it probly just changed a setting
