way of practical advice on the Windows 2003 OS. Suggest that you post
questions to a Windows-related newsgroup and/or send your complaints
directly to Microsoft

.... and by the way, if you downloaded it and you are not an MSDN subscriber,
it is likely to be an illegal / pirated copy which might have been modified
to bypass the activation process.
I would recommend buying a properly licensed copy.
