This page cannot be displayed

Just installed XP and when trying to access the hotmail accounts, I receive
the message, "this page cannot be displayed ... blah, blah, blah.." Have the
setting IDENTICAL to another XP machine and get right into NET passport,
etc. but nothing but that darned screen on the other machine. Have cleared
cookies, etc.
Any suggestions - security settings are "LOW" on everything.

This is usually caused by hotmail not being able to install a cookie. Try
setting your cookie security to 'allow all cookies' and see if this remedies
the problem.
It always has when i've had the same problem.
