This OL2007 rule doesn't seem to work

I have a rule designed to move most messages with multiple recipients to a
special folder by looking for characters that do not appear in my address.
I prefer to not show my address here, but trust me that there are no
matching characters. The rule is:

Apply to message
through the "____" account
and with "'b' or 'c' or 'f' or 'g' or 'i' or 'j' or 'p' or 'u' or 'v' or
'x' or 'y' or 'z' or 'm' or 'h'" in the recipient's address
and on this machine only
move it to the _____ folder
and stop processing more rules

This worked under OL2003. Any ideas?

it should work in 2007 too. What type of email account do you use?
Do you have more than one email account? (If not, remove the 'through acct'
condition)
Does it work if you look for fewer letters?

I have four IPOP/SMTP accounts. I'll try it with fewer letters, but I'm not
too optimistic. My new PC is very sick. If you're curious about the
details (as though you had nothing better to do) Brian Tillman has been
taking very good care of me in the thread 'OL2007 rules result in "Can't
move ..." error.'
