this Mesage could not be sent - there is not enough memory

I am trying to send an attachment to an Email and I get the above mesage.
This is a word file, and not a large one. I have 2 gig of memory. What is
going on?

It might be that the ISP has a limitation on file size. Check to see whether
that is the case. Most ISPs limit file attachmernts to1MB or less.
