this may damage operating system

[Bbery11 \(Chop this out\)]

I was trying to install a firewall
on a WinXP system and the installation was halted
with an error similar to the subject line.
Searching the knowledge base did not find anything.
This firewall works fine on other systems.
The firewall mfg has no clue.
Any ideas?
