This folder cannot be customized

I use Win2K + SP4, IE6+SP2.

When I am trying in customizing a folder, I am getting this fault message:
"This folder cannot be customized. It is either marked as read-only, or your
system administrator has disabled this functionality".

What went wrong ?

Dudi,

Are you logged on as an administrator of the local machine? This should give
you enough permissions to change the NTFS permissions or ownership of the
offending folder and the you will be able to customise it.
