Thinking of switching from Eudora to Outlook XP

I am thinking of switching from Eudora to Outlook because one of my
email accounts is IMAP and I prefer the way Outlook handles IMAP.
However, Eudora allows the use of Regular Expressions in my filters.
Can you do this in Outlook? TBH, if you can't I'll prolly stick with
Eudora

If you search for "Eudora" in microsoft.public.outlook you will
discover the litany of problems people (including the users I support)
have had trying to move their messages and addresses from Eudora into
Outlook. The gist of it is that you NEVER get a complete import of
the information. In my case, I have been able to move messages or
address info, but never both for the same user, and have not been able
to determine a cause or pattern to this behavior. All were moving
from Eudora Pro 4.x or 5.x, to Outlook on XP.

Maybe you can use Outlook just for the one IMAP account, and keep
Eudora for the rest? You could save yourself a lot of grief.
