Hi,
This isn't in my eval copy of XPe SP1.... is it available in the fully
licensed version... ? or... where might I find this?

Beside time limit both XPe version are same. So if it is not in eval version
you won't find it in full version.

You can always try to check www.xpefiles.com. You never know what you can
find there.
