i cant install new fonts because there no install new fonts in the file menu
what do i have to do to install new fonts

This is usually the funcction of Windows. Check Windows Help topic "Add a
font to your computer".

BTW, you posted in the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
Access, a database application, not general computer "access".
