I have no send and receive button. It pops up quickly when I open Outlook
and then disappears, never to be found again. When I draft an email and
click accounts it says a fatal error has occurred. My email settings are
good because the test goes through fine. I've tried reinstalling Outlook
with no success. It's a brand new laptop and the techs at Toshiba don't have
an answer.
