I saw on a laptop with Windows XP a blue dragon theme that had features like
a MAC...There were live blue flames behind everything and if you click on the
"start tab, it would raise and a blue dragon would be sitting on top of the
menu. Also, the tabs were on the top and only visible when you put the mouse
towards the top of the screen. Does anyone know what theme this is?

You could asked the guy/Gez about it!
You will ne to buy the theme from a reputable site..be aware of the fishy
ones!
