Start, run, then type themes.exe or download Desktop Architect 2.0 at http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,6503,00.asp
but there are no default themes installed. You will have to download and
put them in a folder labeled as the one in W98 (Plus!/Themes) to make
installation easier and Desktop Architect picks that folder up right away.
A themes tab will appear on your desktop right click, properties which makes
it easy to see them.
