is there a way to UNINSTALL Themes?

I seem to have a corrupt file and would like to reinstall
 
Re-install or repair current install from Control Panel | Add/Remove

I think what Thomas meant is that you want to proceed with FrontPage as if
you're doing an install. Then, rather than doing a full install, only
install the themes. If that doesn't work, you can try the repair function
in FrontPage.
