Themes service

I have reinstall windows xp, everything is working except
i do not have the theme services...i tried to change from
the classic to xp theme but got an error message saying
that i did not have the theme service running. I went to
the administration tools services and saw that the themes
service was not installed. Can anyone help????

If you have installed the Windows XP 64-bit edition, the Themes
service is not installed. For more information see the following
