themes on new pages

when i've added anew page to my web page i can't get the
theme to completely image my pre-existing pages-all i get
is the background and nothing else

You have to add the new pages to your navigation view.

how exactly do i add a new page to navigation view

Click on Navigation, then drag your pages from the Folder View pane into
your navigation pane and connect them to the appropriate page in your web.
