themes not publishing

I created a webpage using FrontPage 2002, and I upoaded it
through the browser to a site that doesn't allow FTP. The
webpage shows up ok, but none of the themes are
publishing. Also, the folder that is supposed to contain
the theme doesn't show up when I try to upload. Please
help.

Unless you can publish via FP's http mode or use FTP to upload, then you
will have problems, as you will need to upload various folders.

The folders I need to upload aren't there... for some
reason they do not exist. My problem is the the folders
that were supposed to be created were never created (don't
ask me why, I'm not sure). What I mean by folders are the
folders that would contain the theme when I go to upload.

Have you gone to Tools | Web Settings | Advanced tab and enabled viewing of
hidden directories?
