Themes have Disappeared, Help

I turned on my computer, went to my desk top and the background is black. I
check the display settings and the themes are not there. Went to my partners
desk and hers are ok. Can anyone help me get them back. I ran a Mcafree virus
scan and Spy Sweeper and have no viruses and have no spyware. I suspect I
must have virus somewhere, tho. Your help is appreciated...gary
