themedata.thmx in emails from marketing campaign?

B

b.schmidt

hi,

when I send out an e-mail marketing campaign all emails have a file
'themedata.thmx' attached, when I open the mail in Thunderbord. What is
this file good for and how can I get rid of it?

thanks,
bernhard

Hello Bernhard -- I think that the themedata.thmx file is one created by Word
for round-trip purposes (i.e. when a file is going to be converted from one
format to another and then back again into the original format.) If you are
running Outlook 2003, you might try turning off Word as your e-mail editor.
If you are running Outlook 2007 you are stuck with the Word-based editor, and
we might need to look further to find a way to strip that file which
shouldn't be necessary.
