Theme Sound not working with administrator

Hello,
When I log on as an administrator, the theme sounds do
not work, such as when you log on or shut down, or even
when you use MSN the sound of messages doesn't work.
However, when I log on as a regular user, all things
work. Any idea how I could fix this annoying problem?

Are the theme sounds the only ones that don't play, or can you hear no
sounds at all?

If it's only the theme sounds, go to Control Panel > Sounds and Audio
Devices > Sounds tab and re-set the sounds you want to hear.
