Theme loses custom icons

Every time I reboot on one machine I lose the custom desktop icons. I can
get them back by opening desktop properties feigning a theme change,
reselecting my original theme. Why does this happen? I like my special
icons.

Ask NVidia, it's there program that is doing it. Roll back to older drivers.
