I am using the Breeze theme. Some how the banner was deleted. Now when I try
to make a new graphic banner, the box where I am suppose to type the text is
greyed out. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Right click the Page banner and select Banner Properties
- is it set to use images (from Nav view) or text

When I right click the banner, the box where it says "Page Banner Text" is
greyed out and I can't type anything in it. If I click "ok" then the banner
says "Add this page to the Nav structure to display a banner". Its my home
page so it is in the Nav structure.

How do I tell if its set to use images or text?
