Are the nav bar properties set to include home page

| When I right click the banner, the box where it says "Page Banner Text" is
| greyed out and I can't type anything in it. If I click "ok" then the banner
| says "Add this page to the Nav structure to display a banner". Its my home
| page so it is in the Nav structure.
