Why is the word "spam" in all my incoming e-mail headers and also in the
headers of my outgoing e-mail. How to I tell Outlook to stop putting the
word "spam" in the headers......(I do not "spam" anyone.....)

Outlook isn't doing it. Either a mail server or an addin is doing that.

Outlook has no feature to do that. It's coming either from your mail server or from some anti-spam add-in installed on your computer.

WHICH headers? How do you know "spam" is getting added to your outbound
mails? What anti-spam software do you have installed?
