The Windows Installer 3.0 redistributable is now available!

The Windows Installer 3.0 Redistributable for Windows 2000 Service Pack 3,
Windows 2000 Service Pack 4, Windows XP, Windows XP Service Pack 1, and
Windows Server 2003 is now available! The Windows Installer 3.0 contains
numerous new features that make authoring, distributing and managing updates
to applications easier and more efficient.

The redistributable package can be obtained from:

The SDK documentation and tools are part of the Windows XP Service Pack 2
