The system could not log you on - Windows 2000

I want the Windows 2000 to boot up as a particular default user with a
password automatically without user interaction. When booting, I come to
the prompt "The system could not log you on. Make sure your user name and
domain are correct, then type your password again. Letters in passwords must
be typed using the correct case. Make sure that the caps lock is not
accidentally on."

How do I do this?

Control Panel|Users and Passwords, then uncheck the box for "Users must
enter a user name and password to use this computer", restart for effect.
