Perhaps you need to authenticate to your SMTP server in order to send mail.
Check with whomever hosts that server. Mail delivery issues like this are
rarely anything to do with Outlook specifically; once mail leaves your mail
client, it's up to the server to handle it.

So you saying that the host in Turkey has problem or the host in
Italy?
my email is (e-mail address removed) , Italy creates gruppo email
accounts for our company in Turkey. only people who works in the main
office has gruppo emails. thats POP3. But here in turkish hosting
company (SMTP) which we use to send email says that all the
configuration is fine. also Italy host company says that everything
looks fine. I m going crazy here. Both sides saying that there is no
problem. I really need help..

You send mail via SMTP, not POP3 - so it's up to the people who run the SMTP
server. Why can't you send mail out through the server in Italy instead (if
they let you authenticate to it) ?

But with my account (gruppo) I can send email to gmail, hotmail,
yahoo.. etc.. but only problem is I can not send email to gruppo host
(another gruppo email) and also other hosts can send email to my
account (gruppo) the problem is only between gruppo accounts. That
makes me confused.

Again, this is not an Outlook issue.
