The Sharing tab is not visible

I have a Windows 2000 Professional machine and the sharing
tab is not visible on the shortcut menu when you right
click on a folder. There is only one partition and it is
NTFS and I've restarted the server service. I'm logged on
with administrative rights, and even more unusual, when
I'm logged in as administrator I still can see the sharing
tab! Any thoughts?

Make sure "File and Printer Sharing" is bound to the connection. Also check
Event Viewer for errors.
