The server responded: -ERR Invalid password'

Hi, I keep getting this msg when i try to do a send & receive. I am given a
dialog box to put in my passowrd n user id but when i put it it, i get this
msg. The password & username i entered are correct.Yet i get this msg. Can
anyone pls help me out with this?

Task 'pop3.singnet.com.sg - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your
e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your
account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server
responded: -ERR Invalid password'
