Every now and then a user is getting this error message. I have'nt changed
anything on my exchange 5.5 server. I cannot figure out what is wrong.


Message number 1 could not be retrieved. Account: '192.168.40.8', Server:
'192.168.40.8', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR The requested message
could not be converted to an RFC-822 compatible format. Please contact your
administrator', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error
Number: 0x800420CD
