Error when receiving messages

Hi,

i see the following message for quite a few messages:

Message number 1 could not be retrieved. Account: 'mail3.worldonline.co.uk',
Server: 'pop3.uk.worldonline.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR
cannot open disk file error 2', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

How can I rectify this?

Contact your ISP - this is a problem on their mail server, which apparently
can't open your mailbox.
