"The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error "

Hi,

I have a problem, I tried to copy my outlook
outlook.pst file which is 400 meg to another drive. But I
cannot copy it because it ends with the following message:

"Cannot copy outlook:The request could not be performed
because of an I/O device error"

Does someone known why or have an idea or a tool to solve
that ??

you don't need a tool, you need to give us more info.
what size is the other drive, internal or external, can
you copy other files, what is the file format? how are you
trying to do the copy?
