The quick flags option is grayed out on the customize current vie.

The quick flags follow up option is grayed out on the customize current
view/other options menu in my hotmail account. Is it not possible to use the
follow up flag on internet mail accounts or am I doing something wrong?

I'm using Outlook 2003 on an XP Professional system. Any help much
appreciated since I rely on this flag for my main account. Thanks.

As far as I know, followup flags are not available on HTTP accounts.
