Renaming quick flags

I am using Outlook 2003 and I'm trying to rename my quick flags following the
"Name your colored quick flags instructions".

I have set up my new toolbar and added my flags. Now I am supposed to right
click the flag and click on "Image and Text" from the shortcut menu. Trouble
is, when I right-click the flag, I don't get this option. The only options I
get are the check boxes to turn on different toolbars.

Can anyone help?

Your Toolbars still have to be in "Edit Mode" meaning you'll need to have
the screen View-> Toolbars-> Customize open
