The Quick Access Toobar is not visible, cannot find it in prefere

I don't know that there's any way to hide it, so unless there's something
wrong with your installation, it should be visible, but since by default it
is above the Ribbon and quite short, perhaps you have not noticed it? The
first thing you'll probably want to do is move it below the Ribbon, where it
can be longer.
