The protocol handler IEPH.HistoryHandler cannot be loaded

Error Description: Error description: The system cannot find the file
specified. .
Source: Windows Search Service

Type: Error
I have many instances of this error in my Component Services Log. I have no
idea what to do to fix it. There's a link there that doesn't work. It is:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
All that happens when I click this link is it opens up my HP Help and
Support program.
Can anyone help with instructions to fix this?

Uninstall Windows Search and this error should go away.
