The preview of the wallpaper is not displayed

Hi evereybody,

The preview of the wallpaper is not displayed.
(Step)
1. Control Panel -> Display -> Desktop tab
2. Change Background. Click Browse button, and select JPEG file.
3. Background preview is not displayed, but background changes

Only JPEG file not displayed,
BMP file is displayed fine.

please help.

It may sound strange but you need "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" component. Do you have it in your Config? (if not - include the
component and resolves its all dependencies)

The component will bring shimgvw.dll library which export and some COM interfaces are used by the desk.cpl (through a special
globally registred class - BackgroundPreview).

Let us know if it helps.

PS. What shell you have implemented in your image? It may appear that this feature require full Explorer Shell (or at least
shell32.dll). This is due to very heavy implementation of the BackgroundPreview class.
